Its hydrophilic foam layer regulates moisture, ensuring excellent absorption, while the silicone layer is atraumatic, allowing exudates to pass seamlessly into the absorbent foam. Moreover, its protective polyurethane film is highly breathable, waterproof, and acts as a bacteria barrier. This dressing adapts effortlessly to challenging skin contours, enhancing patient comfort.
