Topcat Healthcare, where possible within Victoria, uses its own delivery team, but will on occasion use external third-party contractors.
Once payment has been received (PLEASE NOTE PAYMENTS CAN TAKE UP TO 7-10 WORKING DAYS FROM NDIS), we then aim to deliver your products within 24-48 hours.
Expected Delivery Times
For Victoria Metro, approximately 1-5 working days
For Victorian Regional Areas, approximately 2 – 7 working days
For Interstate delivery approximately 3 – 8 working days

Our driver or third party contractor will be instructed, unless advised in “delivery instructions” by the customer, to leave orders in a safe place near your door location, if our driver or contactor deems there is no safe place to leave your order, it will be returned to the warehouse where our customer service team will contact you to arrange suitable re delivery.
NO. For orders set up to repeat throughout the year on a recurring basis. This option is as easy as “set and forget”. Contact our customer service team, and they can arrange for your regular products to be invoiced and delivered to your door at regular intervals set by you. No delivery or setup fees will be charged for these orders that are Vic Metro. All country and interstate order will still incur a delivery charge.
For all other orders
We charge a flat fee of $25 for Vic Metro
For Regional Victoria, all freight charges are based on weight.

Yes, we can arrange in most metro locations urgent same-day pick up or delivery within 24- 48 hours,
Regionally, we aim to deliver within 3-5 Days, and delivery fees will be incurred for this.
You can arrange same-day pick up from our warehouse, 27 Corporate Blv Bayswater, Vic 3153.
Please call our customer service team above to arrange the collection of orders. Please do not turn up without booking, as your order will not be ready. Pick up time is between 9am to 3.00pm Monday - Friday.
