HydroTac (Box 10) is a sterile, single-use foam dressing coated with a gas-permeable, waterproof, and bacteria-resistant outer layer of polyurethane. Its wound-facing surface features a mesh structure infused with a hydrogel acting as a moisture reservoir. The gel, a hydrated polyurea/polyurethane hybrid polymer containing propylene glycol, prevents the dressing from adhering to the wound, allowing atraumatic dressing changes.
